Delta Psi Alpha Co-Ed Multicultural Fraternity is a Greek non-for-profit organization chartered in the State of Illinois as Fraternal Association of Pan-American Professionals. Delta Psi Alpha fosters and advocates Brotherhood and Sisterhood, teamwork, leadership, individualism, culture, and higher education. Through the network infrastructure of alumni, professors, professional organizations, and students Delta Psi Alpha strives for excellence, expansion, and career enhancement of it members and community.

Delta Psi Alpha uses the Greek letters Delta (D) Psi (Y) Alpha (A) as its insignia, the wolf as its mascot, a diamond as its stone, and a red rose as its flower. There are three stages of membership, which are Omega, Beta, and Alpha. Omega membership, is a "neophyte" or new member membership status into the organization, and is achieved once official membership is recognized by the organization. Beta membership is achieved once the probation period ends. Alpha membership is achieved once the student graduates or is a graduate member.
